Can you buy mains powered pumps to inflate car tyres?

Answers:
Not that i'm aware of but if you already have a compresser that plugs into the car you can buy a converter to use it with the mains. They used to be called droppers but you can do a google for them under car to mains converters. xx
you can get charging stations with built in pumps. you charge them up by plugging them in and can then use them to start engines or pump tyres.
Yes you can buy a small 'compressor' that will do the job..
Yes, you can buy cheap car/bike pumps for car use in Halfords or even Lidl's sometimes. The pumps normally uses the cigarette lighter slot to get its power from but you can get pumps which use electricity mains power. I found the cigarette lighter pumps are better and better to store too.
YOU CAN BUY A MAINS COMPRESSOR FROM THE TRADE CENTRE FOR £54 THEN AN ADAPTOR FROM HAL FORDS WITH PRESSURE GAUGE. DONT FORGET THE EXTENSION LEAD WITH RCD
Dont think you can unless you want to buy an electric compressor which would turn out to be expensive if you only want to pump up your tyres from time to time
