If it's not in the engine bay there is sometimes a sticker under the boot carpet.
I am not positive about the peugeo, but most cars have a metal placard under the hood at the firewall that gives you the paint code. Good Luck
it's usually on the metal plate where the engine number is, in the engine bay..
