I notice you comment without knowing and are so unsure of yourself you do not have a public answer address,I have for 35 years driven many different vehicles for emergency services including 4X4s and have not had an accident come back when you have experience,I have tended to folk who have been killed by these vehicles and still ask without good reason why use them for school runs,How safe and for whome

I said I have been driving a 4X4 for 5 years not that I have only been driving for 5 years!
You have tended to many people who have NOT been killed by a 4X4 I am sure. People are entitled to drive what they want without being penalised. I am a safe driver, I have never harmed anyone in my car and resent peoples comments about 4X4 drivers in general. I have driven several cars and know for a FACT that my 4x4 is safest. I can see a lot better than in other cars and act accordingly. It's not my fault that others are inconsiderate or downright stupid the way they drive or obstruct others views by parking on corners etc. My car runs on LPG, which is greener than petrol. My family are my main priority in life and if I think we are safest in a 4X4 then I will continue to drive one. I am not a hazard, I am not some kind of airhead, I am a safe, serious driver. You do not know me and I hate being labelled!We are NOT all the same. My conscience is clear and I think it's wrong for you to be like all the other know alls and dismiss us as selfish, dangerous and stupid. I don't display my email address as I don't want any other ignorant people emailng me telling me what I should or shouldn't be driving and stating unproven 'facts'.
