Grease fittings or not?

I just noticed on my new ford truck that their are not any grease fittings. My old one had them and I was able to grease them every time I changed the oil. Should I take the plugs out of the new truck and replace them with alimight grease fittings or should they be left alone?

Answers:
Leave it alone these newer front ends are built to last longer without needing to be greased. Once you open them up and put fittings in you will find that the parts wont last as long. Right now there is no way for water or dirt to enter the parts. Once you put zerks in that creates an opening t=for water and dirt.
No, as these tierods, and such, are sealed equipment. When they wear, you might be lucky enough to get ones that have grease fittings on them.
There are no fittings for a reason. It is a newer truck, doesnt need as much greasing
on newer model vehicles there are no grease fittings.i have a 88 ford ranger and the original tie rod ends had no fittings.when i went to buy some new ones the parts store asked if i wanted the ones with grease fittings or not.the cost was about the same
