How much would it cost to replace a camshaft on a 1995 corsa.?

Answers:
Based on costs in Birmingham UK, I reckon a small independent garage should charge you no more than £250 labour. If you go to a Vauxhall dealer - the labour alone will cost more than the car is worth. The parts are up to you (new or salvage). Depends on what the problem is, but if the camshaft HAS to be replaced, bear in mind that salvage parts can obviously be risky - especially a high speed moving part which may not be much better than the one you have now. Make sure you get a warranty - although any warranty will only cover the cost of the part, NOT the labour costs for doing the job a second time. Again, without knowing what the problem is, the existing cam may have caused damage to other parts - eg, valves, bearings.
You could try www.partsgateway.co.uk for mail-order salvage spares if you aren't comfortable climbing about in breakers' yards!
More than the car is worth
Depends on if its a 4 or 6 cylinder and wether or not you want high performance parts
would be cheaper to buy another second hand corsa , sorry
About 450 euros as it is a common fault, therefore parts cheap enough second hand now. No need to buy new so dont get tricked into it
