How old do you have to be to learn somebody to drive or an many years driving expreince do you need?

Answers:
You do not 'learn' them to drive, you teach them to drive.
Age doesn't matter as long as you have a full licence yourself.
By the way, it also depends on what country you live in.
Last i knew it was over 21 with 5 yrs driving
3 years full licence
you just need to be a good teacher
The question didn't make much sense, but some states may vary. Where I am, you must be at least 15 for a learners permit (must have a licensed driver over 25 in the car at all times), at 16 a person can take the drivers test. I know there was talk about moving that up to 18 though.
21 and over and 3yrs full licence
I think it depends on the state that you live in. I'm not sure how it works for other countries or states but for VA you must have someone 21 or over with you in the car while you're learning to drive.
First learn english. Then once youve done that, check with your local DMV as the rules might differ from state to state. If someone has a learners permit, then they have to drive with a liscensed adult. I believe that actually means 21 and up. But like I said check your local DMV to be sure.
you have to have a license for 3 years. i should know as i just passed my practical test!

I think you just have to held your driving licence for 3 years, but you obviously cannot charge for this. You would just have to accompany the learner driver whilst they get road experience. You can only teach people to drive and charge money for it if you have passed a proper instructor course. Hope that helps.
the teacher must have been driving for over three years and must be over 21
Your poor grammatical usuage and poor spelling indicates to me that you are not ready to drive a car.
In the UK you need to be over 21, and have held a full driving licence for at least the past three years in order to supervise a learner.
Teaching them requires the ability to teach in addition to the age ans experience.

Leaning them is impossible - the learner does the leaning, not the teacher.

Also, it is illegal in the UK for anyone other than a trained, approved and ADI registered driving instructor to accept payment for teaching someone to drive.
UK: Minimum age 21 and held a driving licence for a minimum of 3 years
