I think men can be really distracted when driving when thay be seeing this hot mama and they be turning to look at her goods and then they cause a huge car accident, but i guess womens minds dont wander so they forsure make better drivers

Before I had the children I was a driving instructor for quite a few years. Inevitably someone would always ask me this question. During this time I taught very good and terribly abysmal pupils of all ages, both male and female, so I had a stock (but true) answer ready -
"I've taught three types of pupils - the good, the bad and the ugly!"
I think its about even. I've seen bad women drivers just as much as I've seen bad male drivers. Although I do get scared when I'm riding with my wife or my sister.

I do have to say - I am a woman & I think I'm normally a very good driver (although I do have my blonde moments) but some women are truly dangerous - particularly MIDDLE-AGED WOMEN IN LANDROVERS ON THE SCHOOL RUN! What do you need a bus for? Why can't you have a car like everyone else? To answer your question maybe women have lots of little scrapes whereas men either kill themselves or other people in accidents so can't claim cos they're either dead or in jail!!

Just because men don't claim does not make them the better driver, just cos they have so many accidents they don't want to push the insurance premiums up on their big expensive cars, while women have smaller more sensible cars and there for claim. The worse drivers..the mothers from hell in their 4x4s and men with flat caps in metros! Bad drivers are individuals without courtsey or respect for other road users and this applies to men and women! Men on the whole do tend to be polite and let us ladies out from side roads etc, and there are more men drivers in driving jobs, so guess you just have the edge!
