1) if you "home buy" itll be sig. cheaper (buy the engine and the frame seperatly but installing everyting on your own.

I'm not sure how you can get a "brand new" Skyline R33 when it was first introduced in 1995 and stopped production in 1998.
The cheapest I ever saw anybody asking for a R33 GTR was $27k but the place tried to gank me on it. It wasn't registered so getting a Skyline to meet US DOT and NHTSA standards would run roughly another $25k on top of that.
