How can I clean my inside windscreen without leaving smears?
Answers:
vinegar based window cleaner. dry newspaper and elbow grease.
in all my years driving its the one thing which drives me mad, having a dirty screen. and when its all misty in the morning, just hit the blowers. itll clear in a few minutes and wont leave streaks or smears.
window polish
put on with one cloth a buff with a dry one
Water and vinegar, wipe with it first then polish it off with newspaper.works every time for me
With a leather and some methylated spirits mixed with water in a bucket
With McDonalds napkins. They are probably the most nutricious thing you can get there and do a smashing job of getting the gunk of the inside of your car windows.
Use some glass polish and a scrunched up sheet of newspaper - this leaves a streak free, beautifully clean inside of windscreen every time !!
(same technique can be used on all glass)
Ditto on the newspaper. My dad taught me that trick many years ago. With a little windex, it removes all kinds of grime and grit. You'll be amazed!
any clean soft paper that you haven't used to blow your nose with, or check the engine oil with
Sounds wierd but there's no question - "water and vinegar, wipe with it first then polish it off with newspaper works every time"!
I mix 1 part ammonia with 10 parts methylated spirit.
Mix in an empty kitchen spray add water
Spray the windscreen and wipe off. No smears.
Just make sure you're wearing knickers whilst you do it.
