Where can I find a replacement handle for the rear door of a mid-90's mitsubishi shogun?

Have a look on ebay or there's a site called gumtree that has all sorts of things. Sometime people even give things away for FREE!
Go to a scrap yard where write off cars are. You will be bound to find one there
The shogun is also known as the "montero" in the US. I would think the door handles would be the same. A link to a parts website is below.

Have you tried a mitsubishi dealer? I hear they sometimes stock parts for Mitsubishi Shoguns. Alternatively you could go to a scrappy, leave it there and buy something a little less polluting.
