i have removed a ring of about 12 bolts in the center cap but cannot remove the cap .can any one please help?

I tried that a couple of weeks ago. The discs had slipped and the car was in real pain. It had been confined to bed for over 2 weeks. In the end I felt it best to put it out of its agony and had it put down. Hope it doesn't come to that for you. Good luck
Have them tow it into the shop.Let the experts do the work.
check the rr seals if broken you arein it deep if not ring rolls and they will tell you how
