Look by the air filter and see what electrical wires come from that area it should be easy to pull out - that is the sensor
Why do you want to know where it is ? it should not be causing any problems
Is the check engine light on ?
You need a engine code reader to see what the problems are and then you need to systematically check basic things before you start changing parts as that will become costly ie SRS light came in on Honda - customer bought several things and was about to buy a new computer -it turned out to be a loose connection in SRS circuit.
It should be located on the Side of the Big Air Pipe thta leads to the Throttle Body.
A 2001 Yaris? Toyota introduced that model this year.
