Why do these young punks try and race me all the time when I am driving my Ferrari?
All the time they drive right up my *** about 1 ft away from my bumper. they have £1000 worth of car and think that they can race me. My car stops a lot faster and if i braked my rear bumper is about £6000 to repair. I know because it happened to my old 360.
Why do they want to race? If i did dont they know they wouldnt stand a chance?

Hmmm, it might be the car you drive! They just race for the rush and to see your car go fast! They know they are going to loose but believe me it's nice to see a car like yours go!! Take it as a compliment! Sometimes all they want is for you to rev your engine.

try sitting on a blade at lights, you always get a pack of kids in a golf gti wanting a race. i ignore them and set off at a reasonable and safe speed. i got nothing to prove, neither have you.
Get a different car then, what do you think is going to happen when you have a car like that.
It is psychological. They want to do run your car.They want to see a Ferrari to vociferate on the road, accelerate and hit a great speed.Did you undertand?
Ok why they do it is because they are quite sumply jealous. try taking another route to where you are going. if this continues then you should probably start with damage insurance so that they will have to pay for what damage that has been done. But overall DO NOT race on the highway!!!!!

Once I was driving my mum's Rover Metro at 95 on the motorway. There was a Lotus Carlton in the lane next to me.
They just looked at me and sped off as if I was standing still. I thought that was funny.
I always raced fast cars off the lights just to see them go. There's no point seeing a Ferrrari or Lambo without hearing the engine really roaring.

You have to expect it when you drive a prestige sports car.
So this is at least your second Ferrari and your only 24, and you have no clue as to why young blokes try to race you, then you must have had a sheltered 24 years mate. Most are thinking your in your daddy's toy, and know that if they were you they would just nail it every time, at every junction or lights.
Try something like an Evo or Impreza, alot more common and can be the same sort of power, infact on a class B road they can easily leave the motor you in just like that, unless you have an Enzo.

depends how ya driving. if ya going really slow in a fast car theyll drive up your ar*e. if youre not then theyre a bunch of sad chavs who think theyre cool when theyre not. it sounds immature but maybe next time you should put your foot down and leave them for dust. then you feel good and theyll look bloody stupid and feel like it too. at the end of the day you didnt purchase a ferrari to go slowly!! and if you do happen to be sticking to the limit and they still do it, slow down a bit and make them suffer and they may even give you the chance to laugh at them as they scream the sh*t out of their heap trying to overtake you and look hard!!

If your at the traffic lights blip the throttle and when the lights change wait a few seconds and watch them drive off into the distance quite amusing.
