In my case, I've a partial information like:
>> Car's Make & Model (such as Nissan Micra Profile)
>> Registration Letter (or the year of registration which is Sept. 1999)
>> Colour as silver
I need more information about:
NISSAN Micra profile 16V, 5 door hatchback, Sept 1999, silver colour
The precise information I'd like to see is if this car has (manufacture's default):
>> central locking
>> power steering
>> rear heater
>> rear wiper
>> tape/CD player
>> AC, if any
>> engine size
>> airbags
>> ABS breaking
>> actual picture of such car itself, etc.

Have an Experian check on the car, that will give all the information you need along with some other useful info :-)

Go to the Nissan website they'll have all the information on the vehicle. Not the dealer's website but the actually manufacturers website. Thats how I got the info on my van before I bought it
If I were you mate I would either ring or pop down to your local Nissan agent who usually keep back logs of older models. Failing that, contact Nissan on internet they should help you.

On 8 year old Nissan Micra your best bet is to check E-Bay. Most Micra had two air bags. Winkiepeia has a good synopsis of Micra over the years you stated. The New Nissan Micra sure is a ugly duckling. Exact details of features depends on the trim level the car was built to. Basic cars had few features and SE trim grade had almost all the gizmo's.
