what is you engine code.cars have now started going back onto the chain system but only in the last two years but your polo will have a belt .im suprised you cant see it going over the pulleys if you lift your bonnet
Yes, and if it breaks,VW engines make an awful mess of the valve and camshaft assembly. Best get it changed if your not sure of when it was last done. I think that the recommended interval is 40k.
