Answers:
You had no insurance when you were driving the car so you shouldn't have been driving it at all UNLESS it was a REAL emergency which I very much doubt.
There is no such thing as a Desition but I presume you mean a Decision.
The simple answer: NO
The long answer: NOPE!
You drove without the insurance they you took the risk (and lost) therefore you'll have to pay for it by retaking your test etc etc.
You cannot get away with it by insuring nor taxing the car AFTER you got pulled over, it won't work.
Let this serve as a lesson to you and everyone else..DON'T DRIVE WITHOUT INSURANCE NOR TAX.
ha ha no luck
hmmm you can revoke a decision! a disition? i don't know.
no but you can appeal
unless the judge is your uncle you are srewed even a high dollar lawyer cant really help you its all up to the judge
and another 2 points should be taken off for your spelling
it seems like you are fked
Not a thing you can do kid your up **** creek.
Sorry for ya my friend but theres nothing you can do unless you have alot of money. You could pay them off, otherwise you're history. My lisense were on probation & I ended up pulling 10days
no, your car shouldnt be driven unless fully insured.
the same applies with tax.
you stand no chance.
First thing. If you have any money, get a lawyer.
Second thing, technically, yes you can get this lessened or revoked, but the chances are very slim without having a lawyer. It will be important, if you can not get a lawyer, that you meet with the judge who resides over this case, in court, with a very intelligent, understanding, and calm attitude. You need to apologize, make it clear that it won't happen again, and that you rely on your transportation to take care of the things in life that you are responsible for.
If you can't pull that off, then you are completely out of luck.
I think you can get a lawyer to help you lower the points or the ticket. Talk to a lawyer about going to court with you. They'll charge you, but may be better than the points.
Don't pay the ticket right away. Go fight it in court. They may reduce the points..
I'm hiring someone to go fight a ticket for me. I'm hoping that they will be able to reduce the points for me.
You need to somehow find some kind of "proof" that you had insurance when you got stopped. See if you can locate an older insurance card like when you were insured (perhaps within the past 6 months) THEN you take that to the court to see if you can get it revolked.
I recently got into an accident and didn't have the insurance card with me. I found an old one (since the last one had been expired) and then I took the old proof in, talked to the court clerk and got it DISMISSED!
so, see if you can find that. and get that reversed..
First of all. Get a dictionary. The police gave you a ticket. The legislature of your state gave you the points. Driving is a privilege. Take a state approved safe driving course and they will most likely lower the points. You can even rent the course from Blockbuster in my home state. They even have comedy driving courses. It's like going to a club. But most of all, stop whinning crybaby.
um. its really funny when idiots type "hi", when they ask a question. it makes me think either you do not speak english very well, or you are not an American. If not, you don't deserve to drive in the US because its too hard for anyone who is not white or black to get the concept of driving.
-Which of course is not your fault.
Either way, you can't spell license so you don't need one
Good. You suck. Because of idiots like you my insurance is high. You don't need a goddamn license if you can't spell it anyway!
no
If you are so stupid to drive without insurance in the first place, you dont deserve to ever have a license again. They will not revoke the decision under any circumstances, and before you start whining and begging, learn to spell.
No and it serves you right
its uninsured drivers that make the insurance prices as high as they are for legal drivers.
maybe when you have to pay out now for resitting your test you will think twice about doing it again..
I have had the same car for three years and my insurance has gone up every year and thats with 5 yrs+ no claims discount.
ps police now have the right to take untaxed and unisured cars of the road there and then and if the fine etc is not paid the car is sold or crushed..i know a bloke who had his sold a auction
You said you had no insurance (you didn't mention the tax til last) and you're already on probation, so what makes you think begging a judge will sway him in your favour? You wouldn't be sincere anyway, just using theatrics as a means of getting the sentence revoked. Insuring/taxing the car now isn't going to do you any good - you were caught and have to pay the price. People who tell half truths and think they're above the law make me sick, I'd say I hope you fail your next test but I have no doubt at all that you're not beneath driving without a licence. Why the hell should our insurance/tax go up just to cover the cost of criminals like you? Yet another case of the innocent being penalised for the guilty.
hmm i think no matter what they still take the points away, but i think you can get the time reduced if they suspended ur license. you can try to come up with proof you had insurance at the time , but if you really didn't , i think your screwed
no, sorry!
If it was me that had stopped you I would also have siezed your car and crushed it. When you get your licence back I would also slyly contact your insurance company to make sure you disclosed your previous conviction for driving without insurance. If we all pay good money for insurance then you should have as well. Tough. Get the bus.
Let me rephrase your question so we have a starting point point here. You are essentially saying "Even though I was already on probation, but despite that I didn't do what I knew I should do, which was to have insurance on my vehicle and pay the taxes due. I got caught. Can I now do that which I should have done in the first place, insure the vehicle and pay the taxes due and somehow have this go away?"
It's the doctrine of "Choice and Consequence." You chose to ignore the law, it caught up with you. Now you have consequences to pay. No, it won't just go away.
