Advice regards a fault with my nissan tino auto engine cuts out when steering is on hard lock in P D R L . ?

sounds like the idle up valve mate, check to see the vacum pipes aren't split, the valve will be on the pas pump or on a pipe near to it, it sense's pressure in the line then ups your idle speed accordingly,
I think that your timing is running slow. Do you have power steering? When the steering is turned, the engine revs drop.
Maybe you need it serviced.
