Where is the immobiliser located on an omega?

Answers:
The immobiliser is Part of the ECU and is switched on or off via the ignition key.If you have an immobiliser fault you should have an engine management light on.If so you need a dealer to read the code in order to know the fault.
immobiliser on omega is a micro chip built into the key which in turn works with the brain (ecu) on the car.
i think its under the bonnet on the drivers side under the wiper mechanism, there's a few bits of plastic to remove! i know this is were the alarm horn is and i think the immobiliser is as well!
