Answers:
use a dremmel tool with a cutting blade. or a hand grinder with a cutting blade.or a good set of vice grips with a cutting wedge in the back of its mouth
Just use normal electrical cable cutters from any DIY store.
if your english try looking at maplins.co.uk it sells everything--all good quality cutters should do it i have c.k and they are good, spear and jackson are ok too.
Depends on the diameter. If it's small enough, it can be cut with side cutters or dykes. If it's larger, wrap small wire around each side of the cut-off point and use a chop saw. Make certain you wrap it first if there is any chance it will ravel. You can also wrap plastic electricians tape and inch or two on either side of the cut. Several layers should hold it--again, depending on the diameter.
wrap with tape then use a cut of wheel
just normal house hold wire cutters.
A good electrical pliers or buy a con saw
