Take the car for a long fastish run and get the engine really hot, go at least 10 miles, Redex sell some petrol treatment, cost about £5, use that too and try good quality petrol such as BP ultimate
give a good long thrash see if that clears it check air filter and plugs check to seeif it is burning oil
