If you intend to keep your Scooby, and not see it TWOCed by the local pikeys, you'll fit some sort of Clifford Cat 1 alarm and immobiliser, professionally fitted by a VSIB Installer and, preferably, some sort of Tracker type device so that in the event that it does go missing, it might be able to be traced before the offenders turn it into a Pikey BBQ.

If it's a pile of crap, then a Sparkrite from Argos will do for about £40.
