You should be able to get all the parts you need from a salvage yard. The Suzuki Swift was the same car as a GEO Metro. Most of these had manual steering. which was fine because it is a light car with small tires making it very easy to steer. However, Power Steering is nice at times.especially when paralell parking! You will need a Power steering pump, the brackets to bolt it to your engine, a power steering box, and the proper belt for the power steering car.

All of these parts should be able to be bought for a couple hundred dollars at a salvage yard, IF you can find one of the rare Metros/Swifts that had Power Steering from the Factory. Also, expect to pay a competent mechanic a few hundred dollars labor to install the parts as well.

Personally, I would just drive it with Manual Steering. Once you are moving down the road they steer just fine! It really is only an inconvenience when parking, but the tradeoff is that SWEET 45-50 mpg you get with one of these cars! Good Luck!
You can do anything you want if you got the $ skill knowledge I doubt it would be worth it. Why would you need it on that little thing is my ?
You'd be better off just getting a different car with PS
