When a suspension coil spring is ' coil bound' what does that indicate?



Answers:
It is when the coils of the spring are touching each other. It can be caused by overloading the vehicle, or the springs have become weak due to age.
It is no longer springy
The suspension is £$3^ed?
that it is constricted, wound up if you like,I am not 100%

at a guess I would say it has suffered plastic deformation. Get a new one, they don't cost a lot.
