Why is my TDi estate 2003 stalling?
Answers:
are you dipping the clutch ? Is the engine ticking over at its normal rate ( 1000rpm or so ) ? Does it only happen when the engine is cold ?
one possibility could be if you have power-assisted steering, the servo, for whatever reason, could be drawing more power when steering left. If you have low tick-over revs then the increased load may be stalling the engine. Also if the engine is cold or your automatic choke is dodgy that could explain it. .
Then of course it could be electrical :¬/
At the very least take it to a garage

the reason your tdi is stalling is because it's to polite to tell you she doesn't want to go out with you
it doesn't like the driver
.There is a reason take it to a garage
next time you fill up put some reddex in this should help you will have plumes of black smoke this is normal but reddex cleans it out should stop it stalling it worked with my mother car
idol sensor, quite common on mondeos, dont know if yours is a mondeo but we see a fair few come back with idol/stalling problems, thats what i would put it down to
