are you talking about the classic mini?..or the ones that are now made by BMW which are not really minis at all.
On the new minis you can fit 2 in the front 2 in the back and a spare in the boot.
New mini or classic?
You can get 3 elephants in a classic mini, not the popularly believed 4, 'cos the 2 in the front need to push their seats back for more leg room which means the 1 in the back has to lay across the back seat.
You can get 5 elephants in a new mini though but the three in the back are only babies!
