What on Earth am I meant to call them?

If emergency services vehicles use "sirens" what do they call the things that ice cream vans use to play their tinkly tunes from?

Answers:
It's just a megaphone attached to a cassette/CD player. I was helping some guys fix one at his auto garage. while they worked, the played Metallica over the system. A whole bunch of punks started running up to the truck, money in hand, trying to buy piercings.
