Hi. can anybody tell me the code i need to look / ask for when buying a headlamp bulb, for a 1996 Nissan Micra please as i dont have an old 1 to match it to.

If you go to Halfords they will have a a chart that will tell you which one you need and if you go to a Nissan dealership for the bulb any parts man worth his sort will be able to tell off the top of his head.
juast tell the guy at the auto shop. a headlamp bulb for a 95 micra
