Hands up all those PLEASED with their Skoda!?
Answers:
Very pleased, my first was an Octavia 2.0i SLX estate with the golf GTI engine under the bonnet it was great leaving boy racers in my dust, just sold it never had so many people after a car, the first guy who bought it came with cash, bought there and then, 12 others phoned after it was was sold. Now have a new shape (54) Octavia elegance hatch, twin cam, 16 valve, 140 bhp turbo --------------diesel! Its the fastest 130mph, most powerfull 140bhp, most economical 49.6 mpg and best spec car I have ever had ,cruise control, auto dim mirror, rain sensor wipers, 6 CD auto changer, etc, etc, why have a low spec Audi when you can have a top spec Skoda for the same or less money , with the best bits of VW/Audi underneath in a better looking car!!! win -win as you say
Clearly you have never driven a V8. The Fabia might be 'nippy' but it's no V8.
I own a skoda 3years old 14000miles on clock good cheap car i would recommend them to any one,
I have 2 friends, both with Fabias and both very happy with them. I have a Polo and I think the Fabia is a better finished off car.
ha ha ha you own a skoda!!!!!! ha haha aaahahaahgahgagghagh. ahem.
the only skoda i would have is the octavia vrs. The fabia is just too plain. Alloys are too small, interior is boring, no tech/gadgets. Although thats probably why its cheap to insure
never owned qa skoda but a lot of the taxi firms in wales are using them that must say something for them
i had a skoda, of the old varietie and it went like the clappers it was a skoda 127 rapid, it used to annoy a lot of boy racers of the mark, all the while they were sitting there wheelspinning i was off, for a 1300cc it top 120mph now that was scary cos it was rear engined,
I've had 3
Current Octavia 1.9Tdi Estate
You can't beat 'em
Comfy, well kitted and not that expensive - basically a Volkswagen for much less money
Got rid of a Toyota Ceilca - noisy, not that comfy, no toys - for this
Premium badges?
Who needs them !
Fabia VRS, just like yours, with all extra's.
You've summed it up in a nutshell, well done!
