How does air stay in my car tyre i am affraid that it might get out ?

It's called a valve. V A L V E. It stops the air getting out. It's proven technology, Wilbur, you can trust it, most of us do.
Give the valve cap a threatening stare and frighten it into never trying to escape.

The air goes through something called a "non return valve", this, as the name suggests, allows air in (under pressure) but not out. The only reason the piece of metal is in the centre of the valve is to give a way to remove air rather than destroying the tyre.
The air does not stay in your tyers air can escape all be it very slowly through the rubber of the tyer this is why you must regulary check the pressure of your tyers. Consult the side of your tyer for recommened pressure. over inflated is as dangourus as under inflated under infated will cause bad handeling and make your less economic.

the edge of the tyres are designed to make a pressure-proof hermetically closing contact with the outer edge of the rim. Just like with pressurized aircraft cabins whose doors are opening inside, the higher the pressure, the higher the force that keeps the doors closed. As long as you tyre is not damaged (or your rims are not deformed) and have the correct pressure, your tyre won't go flat.

well the air pushes on the most iner part of the tyer hard againsed the rim with that thay get a sticky loob poot around that spot that helps the tyer seel
dont be silly now.
Use lots of large nails to keep the air in, you might need a nailgun for this
