My suggestion is that use the rails. Otherwise I suspect the train won't get ver far.

Make sure you get to the station in Norwich and the train is going to London. Buy a ticket and get on the train. Make sure you get off at London. Don't take a plane because then you won't get to London by train!
I would go from Norwich to Peterborough, then you can get a fast train from Peterborough to Kings Cross.
