Can I drive a hgv in England using a hgv licence from Belgium?

Yes. If you are a temporary visitor, your Belgian license is valid. If you hold a Belgian license but are permanently resident in the UK your entitlement will expire at age 45 or after 5 years living in the UK (whichever is later) and you will need to reapply.

i am a hgv driver , your license will be a european driving license so you can drive in any european country
only short term, if you are to be a resident in the uk then you must take a LGV test. cost you about £2000.
