Is a breather element samething as an air filter..?

Answers:
A breather element is a smaller filter that traps excess oil from the blow-by of a positive crankase vent system. An air filter cleans the air that goes into the combustion chamber.
Yes,its the same
this is quite vague because there are items called breather element which can be used for a PCV valve or such. Please check carefully
Sounds like the little gauze filter used to trap oil mist coming from the crank case.. Usually it will have a connection to the inlet system so that it burns any leftover fumes, instead of venting them to the atmosphere..
