How do i take off the seats off my rover car ?

i want to take off my old seats and put some leather seats into my rover i cant seem to find the clips and all that stuff?being a woman!!

do you mean the whole seat with the runners? if so it should be 4 bolts into the floor
They should just bolted to the floor. I've recently changed all the seating on my BMW, it was quite easy.
Buy a Haynes manual car boot sale usually has loads of Rover manuals.Dont be put off because you are a woman dont forget you can do many things we men cannot.Regards Mick.
Park it in Moss Side. They will take out the front seats, radio and wheels as well.
