Where can i learn how to drive and operate a JCB? (Excavating machine)?

Are there any courses available?

Answers:
depends where u live, i know of one in scotland called sibbald training. Im looking to do training for jcb also, good luck.
you need to enrol with a plant vehicle school. some are run by the construction training boards for your district or area. you may get cut rate if your signing on. or through bridge to employment or new deal.
you'd have to get an apprenticeship with a builders merchant or building contractors and they'd teach you the basic's such as operateing a JCB. But you need to have a drivers licence first.
you could also go to college and learn the lot.
JCB , CAT , John Deere all have classes you can take here in america but they cost alot go see if you can get a job as an oiler with a construction company and work your way up is the best thing i can tell you unless you live in the U.S then you can go to the Operating Engineers a union group and they will train you
