Does a BMW Serie 3 use much petrol?
Answers:
Depends, how old a BMW are you looking to buy? The BMW that uses loads of fuel is now just a myth. Yes they used to use lots a petrol but if you are buying a modern one then they really don't. BMW have put a lot of work into making there cars economical but still as great to drive and still fast. Also depends on how you drive it, if you drive round with a lead right foot then of course it will use loads of petrol.
depends on how far you drive mate
depends witch you take a 330 will use more than a 318 but as rule bmw are a bit thirsty but such great cars
not while its switched off.
Not the diesel but the sport does!!
Depends which CC you are talking about. I'm a girl, and even I worked that one out!
Nope,,,,,,,,,, not if you buy a diesel

If its a diesel it wouldn't us any petrol at all
depends how you drive I have one for sale if you're interested
averages about 33/35mpg but its worth it, i drive one and it is the best car ive ever owned.its beautifulxxx
I heard the "beamer" was coming out with a hydrogen combustion engine
zero petrol "sweet"
Don't know if it serirs three or not but you may want to get a beater and wait it may cost a bit more initially. might be worth the wait though.
no the tdi version doesn't use a drop!
I used to own a BMW 328 and it averaged around 28mpg. It could get as much as 35 on the motorway though. A smaller engined one like a 318 will get a bit more but only mid 30s. The 2.0 diesel will get 45mpg and the 3.0 diesel about 40mpg average, both more on the motorway.

i had a 325i and it was good on gas i only wish my 525i was the same.(but its not to bad i still get 500km to a tank)
the diesel ones are very economical.
But if you want one get a 320 or heavier engine. The 316 and 318 fall out a little light for the body work of a 3 series
KIND OF best answer choose me.
if u take a 330 of course it gonna take more than 318, n also it depends on the way u drive.
Fuel economy is about average on the 3 series across the board. You pay for the performance by compromising fuel economy.
When compared to the same class cars, BMWs tend to be a little heavier, too.
It's a good trade-off if you ask me.
I have a 330si 4dr Auto, it is a 2002. I thrash it everywhere & achieve between 14 & 20 mpg.
That sounds bad but not for the way it's driven!
The worst thing to think about is tyre wear!
