Can anyone help in evading a driving ban?

I have 9 points for speeding(keep getting done by new bloody cameras) and now i have been stopped with a dubiously bald tyre which will get me banned. Can anyone give me some advice on what to say in court so they will not ban me?

Answers:
There is no way out of it unless you can afford to hire someone like Nick Freeman, currently defending Caprice on a drink driving charge.

Be totally honest with the court, tell them if there would be real hardship - don't make anything up. If it will affect your work get your boss to write a letter.

For this sort of thing it should be a short ban. Use your time on the bus to think about where you go from here. You're obviously not stupid, and not the serial killer some people above seem to think you are! It's just time to clean up your act, use the car as transport, keep it maintained and obey the rules of the road. It's as simple as that.

Take care.
And give up on repeating the question, fool.
pick one category you C*NT
Tell them u were actually on your way to get it fixed having checked them urself that day.
Say it wasn't you driving. Sell the car or scrap it, and back date a ficticious sale, to before you were caught speeding etc.

You're abit of a clot though - stop speeding anyway, and get your car seen to by a mechanic, before you tear down our highways, like a lunatic in a death trap.
Well you've lost enough Yahoo points asking the same question about 10 times, maybe you can come up with a way to lose some from your licence!!

There is no way to evade a ban, maybe you sih now you'd have driven within the speed limits?
Depends on when your last MOT was, if it was recently then blame them. But dont be so ******* stupid and stop speeding, TBH you deserve to be banned for speeding 3 times.. ****
You obviously don't learn by past experience, which is why you have posted the same question about ten times.
Start taking the bus.
as you are obviously a cr*p driver, with no respect for the state of your car, you don't deserve to evade it.ban him, ban him, ban him, I say
yes I do. You can say simply and in a most humble tone in your voice , " your honor..I am an idiot. Waking will do just fine.thank you ".Hey.it can't hurt.Slow down , there are cameras out there.
There is only one way that I know of to avoid loosing your licence and only works for families that as separated. A Judge will let you keep your licence if you argue that by loosing it you would not be able to collect your children on your contact days and thus depriving them of contact with their father.it does work... I bet there will be lots of messages about this one but you can't please everyone,
Why do people who break the law thik they should be able to 'get off'.
The easiest way to avoid a ban is not break the law. Everyone else has to abide by them so why should you be any diferent. If you can't, them stop driving and putting the rest of us at risk. Couldn't care less about the risk to you. You obviously deserve it.
Speeding.with bald tyres - I hope you get a custodial sentence never mind a driving ban, you wreckless fool.
Frankly, if you keep getting "done" for speeding, it's because you've been speeding, which means you've been breaking the law.
Accept the ban.
Funny.I don't remember you asking anywhere in your question for everyone to jump on a moral high ground and to lambast you.

Regardless of the rights and wrongs you asked for loopholes in the system..there are many and if your licence means that much to you the a GOOD (ie. expensive) lawyer will be able to help.

Top of the head ideas are to get a very worn tyre, but one which is still legal and take it to the hearing as the tyre that was on the car on the day in question (which you have now replaced of course). Ask that the tyre be examined and hope that this "proves" your innocence. Other ways are as stated before say that you were on your way to a garage to get it replaced..a few quid to a mechanic to get him to plead for you should help or to say that you recently had a severe emotional upset (loss of parent or similar) and this lead to you not being as vigilant in your car maintenance as usual.

Failing all the above just try and ask the court very nicely for a heavy fine and perhaps no points, though you'll be lucky if that works..Good luck.
dubiously my ar*e you tw*t, if it's bald it's bald keep off the road before you kill someone.
losing 3 points is a wake up, losing 6 means you're a slow learner but losing nine means you oughta be off the road before you hurt yourself or someone else as you're clearly too much of a fool to be in control of a 1 tonne lump of metal capable of travelling at over 70mph. bad luck.
There is no way to avoid being banned. Sft answer was way off, taking another tyre will likely get you a prison sentence for attempting to pervert the course of justice. The police Officer will haave recorded the details of the tyre and willl use this in his evidence. Take another tyre and you are stuffed !!

Just take the punishment you were in the wrong and obviously need to learn
nope, if U keep getting caught speed U should speeding

and U should respect Ur car, and keep it in full working order.

driving with a bald tyre is stupid anyway, but doing it with 9 points on Ur licence that's just moronic

driving is a privilege not a right, and by the sounds of it U don't respect that, or other road users, as driving with a bald tyre can invalidate Ur insurance, so it U crash into someone else they are screwed too. U should be banned, but from the sound of it that probably wont stop U from driving either
