4WS Honda Prelude. How do I lock the rear wheels permanently? Fuse bar all ready out?

I have had a lot of problems with the car twitching on the camber of the road, I know I have to expect a little as it has been lowered. I have done the radius arm bushes and all the others are OK. I have discovered that the rear wheels have play in them and will move even after taking fuse bar out (4ws didnt work anyway). How do I lock them or what bits do I need (on the rear axle to make it like a non 4ws prelude? Help if you can MOT due soon!

2 ways you can do this # 1 Go to a welding shop & ask them to weld a bracket or take the rear end out & replace it with a standered rear end
