I have a 99 T reg ford focus my blower fan a/c heated front screen dont work iv checked the fuses and relays?

You are going to have to trace the 12v supply from the fuse to the fan, a/c etc.
So check you have 12 volts on the fuse and follow the 12v step by step through the wiring. At some point, it wont be there any more. With relays involved, also check that the relay is clicking on, if not the control 12v may be at fault (between the relay and the switch on the dash).
Most likely problem is a fuse so recheck. Second most likely is a wire disconnected somewhere (maybe behind dash). Also have a look in the manual if you have one and see on the electrical diagrams, where all those items come together. may give you a clue.
Are all of these mentioned all on the same fuse? If so, and the fuse is ok, then my guess is that it has got something to do with the fuse box itself. Is there a possibility that the fuse box has burnt out either front or back.
Usually when an item fails, you check the fuse first. I bet all of what you mentioned are all fed off the same fuse as they are all high powered items on your car. Check the fuse connection is tight as well.

Ps, it could also be a multi plug on the wiring simply needing tightening.
Try looking at the blower motor resistor and also check the blower switch. Before you do all this, call a local Ford dealer and have them to check for any recalls for this. There was a recall one time on them for this.
