Tom (above) gave you the absolutely definitive answer - namely, do not fit them to your MB.
It not only looks naff, but it does, as he says, reduce the value of your car at a stroke. It's a total waste of money for not a single advantage - not even aesthetically. All it does is show other MB owners that you are actually a BMW owner in disguise!
You'd be better off making sure the vehicle has MB mudflaps if not already fitted. Now that simple accessory _will_ help keep your car's value.
