the blower and the clock seem to indicate to me that you may have a fault with the fuses or a component called a voltage regulator, this is what sends the correct voltage to the components in the dashboard area, however you really need to get an auto elctrican to check this out, if you have any in the area they will check it out for you cheaply, i could describe on how to test the components that are faulty but it would be a long explanation and not been funny unless your technically minded it might not help a lot
Well..I was gonna suggest the fuses..have you just looked at them or replaced them?
Perhaps its the fusebox itself.hope this helps..
Try an auto electrician
Good luck
i just cuz a fuse looks good doesnt mean it is. be sure to continuity check them..also double check all battery connection..check alternator.some alternators..run some things off the small wire harness connection.if equipped. if you had recently added or changed anything..check it for shorts.also did u check under the hood for a fuse bank..some cars have main fuses under the hood that will knock out alot of things inside.also check relays.
try looking at the earth wire on the car this may be lose or broken
