If you lose disabled blue card how do I get a replacement?

Answers:
The Blue Disabled Card/Badge is issued by your local council. You will need to contact them to get a replacement, in particular the Highways/Transport Department - there is a team.person that deals solely with such items. If your original turns up at any time, return it to them with a letter of explanation.
RING YOUR LOCAL COUNCIL THEY SHOULD HAVE YOU ON RECORD
I'd try the DVLA
If I remember correctly, you can get a replacement from the license bureau (or dmv). These things get stolen, and is a known fact, so they just get replaced. Buddy of mine got his ripped-- got it replaced.
Go to church and pray to God for a new one..you go to DMV, of course. You couldn't figure that out on your own?
reapply to the council
usually if u lose something like that u just apply for a replacement they will want an explanation u may have to report it stolen or something like that but it shouldn't be a problem
