My fiat bravo is running very rough, any ideas please?

its running rough and sometimes its missing

Sounds like its missing a cylinder,
Change the Spark plugs and the leads, easy job to do,
but dont spend too much on it as its an older Fiat and they arnt worth much.
needs a service by the sounds of it

sounds like you've got something missing for buying a fiat bravo in the first place. Scrap it and buy a decent car.
