What do you think the best supercar is and what is your favourite?

BMW M1
Lovely straight 6 engine, great balance and proportions. Was supposed to be produced by Lanborgini but BMW had to take it in-house in the end - a real labour of love.
I saw one on the road a few weeks ago, for the first time since I got a ride in a demonstrator in 1981! It looked stunning after 25 years.

For looks Lamborghini Miura SV, but the best thing I have ever driven was a Mitsubishi Evo 6, on real roads, just stunningly capable and the noises it makes.wow.
But, to be honest, if you want performance and that other worldy `connected` feeling.get a freaking great big sportsbike !
Ferrari f40 or Jaguar xj220 before the technology got in the way of the driving my favourite is tvr cerbera really fun to drive and quickest 1/4 mile when it was new but best driving experience is a motorbike anyone who think they're dangerous should try riding 1 first then tell me who's dangerous when they are constantly dodging bad drivers

to me it is the mclaren f1 especially the LM version.. even you include the veyron, the mclaren is still better..just check the stats .. 680hp@7800rpm top speed of 225 mph..that car can blow the enzo to dust..right, the koenegsegg and the veyron is faster that the mclaren..so what.. the veyron is powered by 4 turbochargers that's why it reached 1001hp.. the koenegsegg though it is faster it has lack of downforce.. to me yesterdays supercars are better that today.. to me the only supercar that can get close to the mclaren is the ferrari f40.. its a pure supercar, no gadgets no techno stuff that can make the car heavy.just useful components.
