You can use a Mail forwarding service, or a mailbox at your local post office / MBE. The have them forward the mail to you at pre-set destinations at pre-set intervals. www.mbe.co.uk
Doctors; stay registered at your local clinic. Then you can use any clinic in the UK, just say you're on holiday (which you are, in a way). You can also use the ED at the hospital, if its an emergency.
Dentists - jesus just forget it. Its bad enough with an address!
TV is simple, a mobile satelite dish / antenna and you can find your signal no bother.
Your biggest problem will be the locals assuming you are either new age travellers or Gypsies.
You will be blamed for all the local crime, young children will throw stones, you will be barred from pubs.

At least the Moslems are getting the majority of hatred at the moment. This should give you a few weeks leeway.

i know council tax is getting high, but isnt this a little extreme?
