I just tried to advertise my 2 berth caravan in the bargain pages do you know a fee of £20 is now required?

try sticking a card in supermarkets - i dont think they charge there
That is a rip off but how old is the caravan i cant remember last time i saw a 2 birth??
no but i dont have a caravan to sell if it will be sucessfull £20 isn't to much try a buyandsell or ads for free weekly paper.
I didn't know that they had started to charge, maybe a local paper will be a cheaper alternative
depends on where the bargain pages were, depends on how much you want as well. many papers don't charge for things under a certain price, but will charge above that. £20 doesn't seem too bad.
