Common problems with a vauxhall calibra 16 valve?

can anyone tell me experiances they have had with vauxhall calibras and if they have had any major problems with them

Answers:
Biggest Fault is Cam belt faliure, which is expensive (about 4or 5k to have repaired) so get it checked other than that they generally get thrashed by boy racers
Well I won't tell you my experiences with the reliability as I bought a lemon! However, they are quite boring to drive so if you want a quick, nice handling car look elsewhere, but if you want a good looking car to cruise around in, they're top notch.

Check the Calibra 'Technical Community' website for a buying guide and any common problems.
for the same money get a rover 220 turbo coupe, loads more fun. Its the T series engine so not as prone as the K series to headgasket problems, buy a good one and you'll love it!
