Can you tell me is looked at on a service before an mot is due?
Answers:
A service and an MOT are two separate items. On a very general basis a service is either an interim or a full (the full usually replacing 'check' components like plugs and being a bit more thorough).
The service does not check all the MOT components but MAY indicate faults that will cause an MOT failure.
Some garages do 'pre-MOT' services which are a service plus a quick visual MOT . in my experience this picks up most items but depends on how thorough the garage is (and whether they do emission tests etc).
Hope that helps but drop me a note if you need more.
don't understand the question
yes, an service on a mot looked at before due.
It is difficult to say what your question is. But if you are asking what is serviced on a car when you take it in i suppose it would depend on the garage, ask first.
If you are asking what elements are looked at before a mot certificate is issued (which is separate to a service) then look at the site below for uk spec.
a service record has nothing to do with an mot
i think i know what your saying but i am not really sure rephrase, can you service a vehicle before its due yes ?
