Ok I also re-read your original posting and see you've already checked fuel.
Then yes the most logical point now is spark. If you've already replaced the coil, the next step would be the igniter module. They are located in different places for each vehicle. Not sure on the Renault.
Do you have access to diagnostic tools such as a timing light?
If not, you can test for spark as described by the guy below me has suggested. (Poor man's spark test)
is there a spark take a spark plug out connect it up to th lead rest it on a metal prt of the car or engine an get sum1 to try and start it you should see a spark
