Do you mean a 'dump valve' ? Or do you actually mean the bleed valve that limits turbo pressure?
Ok, I'll try to help.
you will find a small pipe, around 5mm connected to a wastegate actutator, this is what opens when maximum boost is reached. if you fool the pressure here by adding a bleed valve the maximum boost will be increased.
To spot this device you will need to see the turbo clearly. Find the alloy part of the turbo, the clean side(the other side will be brown and rusty), there will be a rod connected to a lever going into the alooy body, at the end of the rod you will find a diaphram actuator, pressure in the diaphram causes the rod to move and the wastegate to open which releases excess pressure. here, right on the diaphram you wil find the 5mm pipe. T into this pipe with your valve !
Hope this helps!!

Make sure you include a restrictor orifice, explanation shown in this link:-
