They started fitting number entry ones that are fitted in the centre consul at around '96/p' Think they were an option then though. you may be lucky and have one.
no it doesnt, its too old, but its easy to fit a switch and hide it so it cant b started, see an auto electrican, he`ll do it for u , good luck¬
